Information you submit

When the contact form is available, we collect the name, email address, message, original language and source page you submit, together with a message ID, timestamp and handling status, to handle your enquiry. No account is required. Please do not submit identity documents, financial, health or other sensitive information.

Service providers and access

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores messages in D1. Turnstile helps prevent spam and may process device and network signals; verification tokens are checked on the server. This site does not store IP addresses in its message database. Cloudflare may process security logs and data across regions under its own policies. Administration and exports are restricted to the site owner.

New-message notifications send only the reference ID and administration link to the owner’s Gmail address, without the message body or visitor email. If you contact us directly by email, your email is processed by the relevant email providers.

Retention and deletion

Messages are retained in the operational database for up to 180 days, after which personal content is deleted. Deletion events retain only an opaque reference, type and timestamp so downstream copies can be removed. Backups, security logs and emails you send directly follow the respective services’ retention mechanisms. You can request access, correction or earlier deletion using the contact address above; verification may be needed to protect your information.

No automatic publishing or replies

Submitting a message does not subscribe you to marketing. This site currently offers no subscription or marketing mail feature and does not automatically publish messages, translate visitor content or reply on the owner’s behalf. Any future uses will be explained separately, with separate consent where needed.

No advertising trackers or cross-platform visitor profiling tools are installed. External links are governed by the linked websites’ privacy practices.
